We have openings for experienced 💥Lead Game Designers💥 who will drive the game's vision which includes concept, gameplay, story and functionality. 

Requirements & Experience:

• Several years of experience as a game designer for mobile games.
• Extensive knowledge of best practices for mobile free-to-play core-loop building and progression systems, with the ability to hook, retain, and engage players.
• Experience with mobile game monetization strategies and ability to implement them effectively
• Strong understanding of game economy and ability to control supply and foster demand in dynamic systems.
• Strong knowledge of the mobile games industry, with an understanding of genre dynamics, latest trends, and recent successes.
• Experience with Unity.
• Passion for esports is a plus
• Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus
