We are currently looking for a HR and Marketing Coordinator (m/f/d) who will support us and our personnel with experience and new energy.
♦ Acting as a first point of contact for employee queries, escalating as necessary
♦ Acting as the main administrator for our HR systems (HR system and other HR internal software)
♦ Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files and databases
♦ Administrative tasks related to employee benefits including enrolment, claims processing, and employee inquiries
♦ Assisting in organizing and executing company events such as training sessions, workshops, and employee engagement activities
♦ Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial candidate screenings
♦ Assist in onboarding processes for new hires, including paperwork, orientations, and training
♦ Create and publish the content for social media (Linkedin, Facebook, ...)
♦ Preparing material for the monthly newsletter, using mailerlite
♦ Making designs and materials with Canva, Figma and other design tools
♦ Taking care of websites and SEO optimization
♦ Completed higher education in HR, marketing or communications
♦ At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar position
♦ Self-dependent and structured working style with a high sense of responsibility
♦ Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time
♦ Excellent communication skills in Slovene and English (German is a plus)
♦ Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
♦ Good organizational and time management skills
